The Coach House Bistro

The Coach House at Eggleston Hall has been converted into a light and airy self service Bistro. The large arched doorways have been glazed giving spectacular views across Teesdale. Outside tables and chairs offer alfresco dining in the summer. The menu serves seasonal local produce. We generally have both fish and a vegetarian alternative to choose from as well as a range of sandwiches and a home cooked soup of the day for a lighter meal. If you just want a cup of coffee or tea, we have a choice of herbal teas as well as cappuccino and lattes. Our cakes are generally home made and there are scones and jam, as well as whipped cream for a serious tea.
