Cookery & Flower Arranging Demonstrations

For over thirty years Eggleston Hall has been synonymous with cooking excellence. Although the residential cookery school has now closed, we offer a series of one day cookery and flower arranging demonstrations during the autumn months. The 2008 programme will feature flower arranging from Tom Hodge and cooking by Claire Bassano on Wednesday 29 October. The demonstrations will be repeated on Thursday 30 October. Later in November, on Wednesday 26 (repeated on Thursday 27) November, Valentina Harris will be giving the cookery demonstration with John Thexton arranging flowers.
