Course Lectures

Amy Willcock
Amy Willcock is a vivacious 33 year old American "Yummy Mummy", born in Chicago, who moved to England in 1980 which was when she encountered her first Aga. Life has come full circle and Amy wouldn't dream of cooking on anything else but her own 4 oven cream Aga. She assists her husband and their business partner in running their three hotels, one of which - The George in Yarmouth on the Isle of Wight- has a Michelin Star. Amy is an authority on Aga cuisine and conducts regular workshops on the Isle of Wight. She writes a monthly column in the Shooting Gazette and has also demonstrated throughout the UK including the BBC Good Food Show and International Festival of Food and Wine. Her lively, upbeat courses have received rave reviews by people like Nigella Lawson and Amy will show you that nothing is impossible using an Aga. She will be demonstrating how to make the most of your Aga using the Aga at Eggleston Hall. There will be residential accommodation available if required. Places will be limited in the Aga day. Her second day will be on the electric hob suggesting all kinds of ideas for game cookery.
