Cookery Courses at Eggleston Hall
For twenty years Eggleston Hall has been synonymous with excellence. Offering a one year diploma course in cookery and flower arranging, Eggleston Hall was considered to be one of the top cookery schools in Britain.
When Sir William Gray's mother, Rosemarie, retired the cookery and flower school closed its doors. One day courses have continued and due to an overwhelming demand for a more extensive range of courses Sir William and his new wife, Juliet, decided to extend the range of cookery courses available. A new teaching kitchen has been fitted out with Neff gas and electric hobs as well as a traditional Aga cooker.
Lasting from one day to one month there is something for every cook of whatever standard!
In addition to our in house tuition we will also be welcoming guest cooks.
