Eggleston is approximately 30 minutes from the nearest train station at Darlington. National Express trains run roughly hourly from London Kings Cross and the journey takes around two and a half hours.

By Air
Teesside Airport is around 40 minutes from the house. British Midland flights from London Heathrow take around one hour. There are also scheduled flights from Aberdeen, Amsterdam, Jersey and Dublin. Newcastle Airport is 75 minutes by car and Manchester Airport is some two and a half hours drive with many international flight destinations available.
